All payments must be made in full before the shipping of any animal (unless other, special arrangements have been made prior to the purchase of the animal). We accept money orders/cashiers checks and Paypal. Credit card purchases can be made through Paypal only. You can also use your checking account or debit card if you are a registered user of Paypal. We prefer money orders for purchases of higher priced reptiles. All sales are final. At times, a list will become available when we anticipate a large interest in particular litters of babies. If you wish to have your name be put on a list for the purchase of a reptile from a certain litter of Emerald Tree Boas, Basins, etc... please contact us and we will be happy to oblige. A small deposit will secure your status on the list. Please note that we do not accept deposits until the litter is born, and all deposits are non-refundable. This is protect ourselves from losing potential sales and to ensure that our customers receive the reptiles they are anticipating. Deposits become refundable only when we cannot accurately fill an order, e.g. if a customer puts down a deposit on a female and after sexing they all turn out to be males. Please feel free to call or email with any questions you may have before issuing a deposit. From time to time we MAY be able to arrange payment plans for certain animals.  If a payment plan is arranged we will email you a payment plan confirmation and you must agree to the terms and conditions before sending any deposits.  The animal must be paid in full according to the date set forth in the agreed plan.  Animals will not be shipped until payment in full is received.  All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Also, we would like to state on this page that when sexing delicate baby Surinam and Basin Emeralds, we take every precaution. We do not manually "pop" them, which can be extremely dangerous, damaging, and unnecessarily stressful to the snake. After years of practicing, we cautiously probe them and take every care not to be overly aggressive. I am very accurate at sexing my Emeralds, but refuse to use unreasonable force to do so. Their health is my number one priority. For this reason I make every reasonable attempt to sell accurately sexed reptiles, but if by some small chance a reptile turns out to be not the sex it was sold as, I cannot be held liable. Even the best in the business makes occasional misjudgements. We are well aware of this because reptiles which were incorrectly sexed have been sold to us. We have a 100% health guarantee on all of our reptiles and provide full customer support. We do not sell or ship any reptile that is not 100% healthy. The health and care of our reptiles is far more important to us than making a sale. Although this rarely occurs, we ask that any customer who is having problems caretaking for a reptile purchased from NOAH'S BOAS contact us immediately, so that we can try to help remedy the situation.
